functionality of the Physical Inventory modules. There are functions to
print the
Count Sheets, create the Quantity In Stock and Quantity Counted records,
accumulate the counted quantities from the PDA into the counted quantities
records, edit the counted quantities before updating, generate a
Discrepancy Report, and update the counted quantities into the items'
records. |

Report. The report lists the inventory items and any error messages
encountered during
the physical counting process. The errors displayed are 1) No item record
found, 2) Item not counted, 3) Counted quantity less the quantity in stock,
and 4) Counted quantity greater than quantity in stock. |
