Experience
Installed and trained users on the MS Windows NT, MS Small Business Server, MSDOS, MS Windows version 3.11, MS Windows 95, Novell Netware version 4.10, Artisoft LANtastic, XENIX, UNIX, and Thoroughbred BASIC operating systems. Accounting and Office Automation products were installed and utilized on all of the above systems.
Customized, and installed, systems; trained numerous clients using accounting packages from Database Creations, Inc. utilizing the YES I Can Run My Business Accounting POSitively Business Point of Sales, AccountMate Software, ADD+ON Software, Inc.; Applications Systems Corp.; DynaTech Inc., and One-Write Plus. These packages used a multitude of Data Base Management Systems, providing me exposure to the MS Access, dBASE, FOXPRO, and PRO-IV fourth generation programming languages.
I have also designed and programmed several applications using the Microsoft Visual BASIC programming language and the Microsoft SQL Server development system.
Year 2000 analysis which involved taking an inventory of the hardware and software applications, analyzing the Year 2000 readiness of the various applications, and submitting a Year 2000 readiness report.
